FAQs for New Subs

Each month features a different set of designs. You will receive the design based on the month you are charged.

For example if you purchase between 1-31 Jan, you will receive Jan design.

Subsequent recurring charges occur on the 8th of every month automatically.

Your pin will ship 1-2 months after the month you subscribe to. Eg Jan subs may receive their pins in Feb-Mar

Pin Tiers include:

  • Gold
  • Alt
  • Double

These guarantee you a pin of the month and these additional perks:

  • Exclusive IG access
  • Access to all exclusive presales* (limited and open)
  • Access to full inventory of exclusive in hands*

* These designs are only for those in the secret shop and do not include main shop drops

Cheese Tier perks:

  • Exclusive IG access
  • Access to only open exclusive presales*
  • Access to 30% inventory of exclusive in hands*

You will receive NO pin of the month in cheese tier and it is not refundable.

Yes - in a way. You're allowed to pause your subscription anytime but you'll need to come back and click on resume to continue future charges.

@Malingtreets is only available to husbando/waifu/cheese subscriptions. If you are signed up for any of these please drop us an email with your order number and IG handle to be accepted!

For pin tiers, your subscription pin should ship within 2-3months of subscribing. Please make sure you're following @malingtreets on IG for updates!

If you purchased an in hand item, your pin will ship the month after it's purchased. Example: pin purchased in Nov will ship in Dec
